What is an open house and why attend one?

A Cloud Sangha open house is a free, online, 60-minute group mindfulness session.

By attending a session you experience what it’s like to be in one of our weekly, topic-specific mindfulness groups.
You’ll inquire into the theme and see the value in practicing integrating mindfulness with people like you, around daily life experiences you have in common.

Session format: A facilitated short sit. The facilitator offers a question for self-inquiry based on the group topic. This inquiry is taken into breakout rooms for optional sharing with peers. Open discussion and closing with the whole group.

The power of mindful groups
When people sharing common experiences meet regularly in small groups with skillful facilitators, real transformation happens.

Together, we learn.
We practice.
We share.
We meditate.
The benefits
Structure & Consistency
Meet regularly with your group to meditate, learn, share, get support, and grow closer as you navigate a topic together.
Connect With People Like You
The people in your group will be going through a similar experience as you. You have common ground and shared understanding.
Integrate Mindfulness Into Daily Life
These groups are designed to help you apply mindfulness in a practical way as you navigate whatever you’re experiencing.
Personal Support Each Week
Find relief knowing you have a regular anchor in your life to share what’s happening and explore how you can best meet it.
